OUR RETURN POLICY
At AJA Stationery, we believe that the quality of our products and services will determine whether you come back to shop with us again in the future. Your satisfaction is our top concern and we want you to be very happy with the quality of our products.
Every order for printed products from AJS STationery is reviewed by a proof specilaist prior to printing. We do our absolute best to find common errors and ensure you will love your products. However, we cannot guarantee that we will catch every error. Therefore, we highly recommend that you download the free digital proof and check your design for these common mistakes:
Spelling and wording errors
Wrong Date and time
All important items are away from edge and are inside the safe zone guidelines
All uploaded images are hi-res and do not appear blurry or dark in the proof
In addition, each product that you order from us is individually made and variances in color fidelity between what you see on your computer screen and your printed products is normal. This is because computer screens are back-lit, and brightness and color varies from computer to computer. AJA Stationery does offer the ability to order a printed sample of your card if you are concerned about the color not matching exactly what you have in mind and see on the screen. To order a sample, please place an order for one card or item during checkout so that you can make sure that the product is exactly the color you want it to be. As we print everything in house, our team is very good at matching colors. So if you have a particular color that you would like to match, please contact us in advance and we can help with color selection to get the best results.
Changes to Your Order Before Printing
Please understand that we cannot cancel or change orders after the printing has been started. However, we will make requested changes or adjustments to your order as long as the printing has not yet started. If you would like to request changes to your order, please call us as soon as possible at 425-484-1054 or 888-604-6089. If it is outside of business hours, please leave us a voice-mail message. We will do everything we can to assist you. Requests for changes to your order sent to us via email are not guaranteed.
After Receiving Your Order
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your printed order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We promise to make things right.
Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or free reprints, except for cases in which your printed products arrived damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a defect in workmanship. In the case of a AJA Stationery error in producing your order, please accept our apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible.
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer errors. AJA Stationery is not responsible for the following:
Errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy in the text entered by the customer.
Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images.
Variances in color fidelity and brightness from what you see on your computer screen and your printed products.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as enhancements, choice of colors, color variation, cropping, border selection and formatting.
Font or text size being smaller than it appears on the screen. The printed font will be the exact size that you specify, but depending on your screen resolution and zoom level, it may appear larger or smaller on the computer.

Digital Download Purchases
AJA Stationery does not provide refunds or the ability to cancel orders for Print at Home or Print Anywhere downloads. If there is any type of error in your download, please contact us and we can work with you to get it corrected as quickly as possible.
